OUR LICENSE

The graphics on ArtsyBundles™, any files purchased in our store, are permitted for personal and commercial use. You are allowed to use the files as is or modify them to create physical products for personal use or sale. In order to support projects, you can now use our product bundles commercially for unlimited projects.
Unlimited Commercial Use is called Extended Commercial Use License which is now included for all of our customers. From now on, you are eligible for the Extended Commercial License for your projects.

 

Definitions of Use Licenses:

Personal License

A Personal License permits you to use the files for personal use only. You must not sell any items made from these files. The files may not be shared or redistributed in any way, nor may they be resold. If you would like to share a file, you can share the link to the file from artsybundles.com.

Commercial/ Extended Commercial License

An Extended Commercial License gives you permission for unlimited use of the file for physical commercial use. This license is for NON-DIGITAL commercial use - meaning you cannot resell or redistribute digital files as they are. If you would like to share a file, you can share the link to the file from artsybundles.com.

 

YOU MAY:

- Use our product bundles to create unlimited projects for sale including but not limited to clothing, home decor, tote bags, party decorations, video editing, etc.
- Continue to sell those products forever (See use licenses above), this license does not expire.
- Files can either be used in part or as a whole design.
- Print and/or cut designs yourself onto physical products to sell.


YOU MAY NOT:

- Buyer may not resell, redistribute or relicense any design without permission. Buyer may not utilize as a derivative work, and redistributing or reselling such derivative work is prohibited.
- Our product bundles may not be used in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous, or defamatory manner.
- Our product bundles may not be incorporated into trademarks, logos, or service marks.
- Our product bundles may not be made available for download or claimed as your own.

 

Activation

Your license takes effect once payment is processed.
